1. About the NDP Trail Page

The NDP Trail page is a limited online campaign experience organised by Zairoo.ai. It is designed to introduce parents and children to the NDP Trail activities and selected Zairoo.ai platform features.

The NDP Trail page is intended for family participation. Where a child participates, the parent, guardian, or other authorised adult is responsible for supervising the child's use.

2. Eligibility and Supervision

The NDP Trail page is intended for children within the target age range communicated by Zairoo.ai, with parental or guardian involvement.

Parents or guardians are responsible for:

• ensuring the information submitted is accurate;
• supervising the child's participation;
• deciding whether to upload a child's photo for certificate customisation; and
• ensuring the child's use of the page is appropriate for their circumstances.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• misuse the NDP Trail page or interfere with its normal operation;
• upload unlawful, offensive, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate content;
• impersonate another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the page, systems, or related services; or
• use the NDP Trail page in a way that could harm Zairoo.ai, other users, or children using the experience.

Zairoo.ai may limit, suspend, or stop access where misuse, security issues, or inappropriate conduct is suspected.

4. Certificate Photo Upload and Share Template Feature

The NDP Trail page may allow a parent or guardian to select a child's photo in the browser for the purpose of generating or customising a certificate image and/or a share template.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

• you are the parent, guardian, or authorised adult for the child concerned, or otherwise have valid authority to provide the photo;
• you consent to the photo being processed for certificate-generation and/or share-template generation purposes; and
• the uploaded image does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The selected raw child photo remains in browser memory and is not uploaded or retained by Zairoo.ai. Only the generated certificate and share-template PNGs are stored privately for up to 90 days for delivery, resend, sharing, and early-deletion support.

The parent or guardian, or the relevant rights holder, retains ownership of the uploaded photo. By uploading the photo, you grant Zairoo.ai a limited right to use, process, reproduce, adapt, and store the photo only as necessary to operate the certificate and/or share-template feature in accordance with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

5. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide comments, ideas, suggestions, or feedback through the NDP Trail page, you agree that Zairoo.ai may use that feedback to improve its campaign page, platform, and related services without obligation to compensate you.

6. Campaign Stars and Reward Redemption

The NDP Trail page may allow a child to earn campaign stars through participation.

Campaign stars earned on the NDP Trail page may be redeemable only through Zairoo.ai's main platform prize shop, subject to Zairoo.ai's redemption rules, account requirements, and campaign settings in effect at the time.

If redemption requires a platform account to be created or linked, the parent or guardian is responsible for completing that setup process.

If no required account signup or linking is completed, any campaign stars that are not redeemed may expire at the end of the campaign period.

Zairoo.ai may set, revise, suspend, or remove campaign star rules, redemption mechanics, prize availability, eligibility conditions, and expiry rules, subject to applicable law.

7. Availability and Changes

The NDP Trail page is a campaign limited and may be changed, paused, or removed from time to time.

Zairoo.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any campaign content, certificate output, or page feature.

8. Intellectual Property

All content made available on the NDP Trail page, including text, campaign concepts, quiz activities, maths questions, game content, artwork, mascots, certificate layouts, branding, and platform materials, belongs to Zairoo.ai and/or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may use the NDP Trail page for personal, family, and non-commercial use only. You may not copy, adapt, redistribute, or commercially exploit the materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Zairoo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from or related to the NDP Trail page, certificate flow, uploaded content, or campaign materials.

Nothing in the Terms of Use excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Zairoo.ai's total liability in relation to the NDP Trail page shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and keep Zairoo.ai indemnified against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your breach of the Terms of Use, your unlawful use of the NDP Trail page, or any photo or other content uploaded by you in breach of law or third-party rights.

10. Updates and Latest Version of These Terms

Zairoo.ai may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version made available on the NDP Trail page will apply from the stated effective date.
